School Age - School Year Weekly Rates

Full-time AM & PM - $73.00
Rate includes all scheduled early dismissals and all day outs. It also includes all weather-related late starts, early dismissals, and all day outs. Pre-registration is required for both scheduled in-services and emergency care.
Part-time AM - $55.00
Rate includes regular before school programming and all scheduled early dismissals and all day outs. It also includes all weather-related late starts, early dismissals, and all day outs. Pre-registration is required for both scheduled in-services and emergency care. To attend regular after school programming, you must purchase a punch card at your site or at Waypoint.
Part-time PM  - $55.00
Rate includes regular after school programming and all scheduled early dismissals and all day outs. It also includes all weather-related late starts, early dismissals, and all day outs. Pre-registration is required for both scheduled in-services and emergency care. To attend regular before school programming, you must purchase a punch card at your site or at Waypoint.
Drop-In Care - $11.00/punch
Non-refundable punch cards can be purchased at your site or at Waypoint. Before OR After school care requires 1 punch. A ½ day (early release or late start) requires 2 punches. A full-day out requires 4 punches.

School Breaks
Thanksgiving Break, Christmas Break, and Spring Break are NOT included in the above listed rates. Registration for these weeks will occur approximately 6 weeks prior to their occurrence and will be billed at a separate rate, given the length of the program and the nature of the activities provided. Pre-registration will also be required for these programs due to the limited number of slots available and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Summer Camp - School Age
$150/week per child. Fee includes all field trips, activity fees, a camp t-shirt and lunches Monday – Friday

Other fees and policies

• All payments must be received on the Friday preceding care.
• In the event that your child is absent for any reason, full payment is required or your spot cannot be held.
• At enrollment, an annual registration fee is due: $38.00 per child; $48.00 family maximum.
• A $5.00 per week delinquent fee applies if payment is not made on time. Child care will be terminated for non-payment as well as repeated late pick-ups.
• A late fee of $5.00 for the first 5 minutes and every 10 minutes thereafter, applies to each child not picked up by 6 p.m.
• Other fees may apply for field trips and other additional activities.
• Child care fees are not refundable unless a two-week written notice is given prior to removing a child from the program. Please review your individual contract for any exceptions to this rule.
• School Age Program Deposit. All families are required to pay either the deposit or the entire program fee for specific programs offered throughout the year. The amount may vary depending on the actual program offering and program year. If you are receiving financial assistance then you may speak with the Family Support Specialist discuss your family situation and possibly make alternate accommodations.
• Swim passes will be purchased for all Summer Camp Children.  Family swim passes will not be able to be used for camp.

Discounts

• When there is more than one full-time child enrolled in any Waypoint Child Care Program:
  • A 10% discount is given for older children in School Age and Summer Camp Programs (full-time Kindergarten - start of 6th grade).
  • A 20% discount is given for older children in Uptown Kids, RiverRidge Kids, or ParkRidge Kids Programs (6 weeks - start of full-time Kindergarten).
