In-Kind Donation Guidelines
You can help families at Waypoint by donating basic needs for our families. Waypoint accepts:
- Food
- Personal Hygiene Products
- Cleaning Supplies
- Laundry Supplies
- Linens

Items must be delivered to:
- Waypoint Reception Desk,
318 5th St. SE in downtown Cedar Rapids,
Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Waypoint Daytime Resource Program,
corner of 4th Ave and 6th St SE in downtown Cedar Rapids,
Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m
Waypoint is not able to pick up donations.
Clothing
Waypoint does not accept clothing items. Clients at Waypoint are referred to the community clothes closets listed below. If you wish to donate to these programs, Waypoint recommends calling ahead to confirm the items they are accepting.

Furniture
Waypoint does not accept deliveries of furniture pieces, however, if you have a gently used furniture piece, we encourage you to call us at 319-365-1458 ext. 100 or complete the
contact us form so we can see if we can connect you with a family we serve that is in need of these items. Waypoint does not pick up donations. Delivery details will need to be arranged between the donor and the family receiving the item
