Waypoint provides shelter and support for those in crisis due to homelessness, poverty, domestic violence or sexual assault. It also provides quality child care to over 500 children daily of all socio-economic levels.

- Listening to your needs
- Answering your questions
- Helping you find resources
- Supporting you in creating safety for yourself
- Assisting you in meeting your basic needs –shelter, food, clothing and safety
- Offering you emergency and ongoing support
