Removing the burden of finding shelter and housing services
Serving as the central point of contact for homeless and housing services in Linn, Benton, and Jones Counties. Waypoint's Centralized Intake Program simplifies access to the resources needed to resolve the household's housing crisis. Every year, nearly 3,000 individuals are supported by this program.
To receive services, individuals or households experiencing a housing crisis can visit Waypoint Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. or call the 24/7 Shelter Services Line at 319.366.7999. Waypoint staff will assess housing needs and identify appropriate openings at emergency shelters and/or give referrals to other organizations.
