Make a difference by attending a Waypoint event
Throughout the year, Waypoint hosts several events that raise awareness and proceeds for its critical services. Learn more about the events planned for 2024/2025 below:
- Gentleman Campaign©: During the month of October, Gentleman Campaign© events are held that recognize the individuals, especially men, who are taking a stand with Waypoint to end domestic violence.
- Waypoint Wonderland: Waypoint Wonderland is a celebration held in December that provides holiday gifts to families served at Waypoint who are experiencing homelessness, poverty, or violence.
- Celebrate Waypoint!: Celebrating the work Waypoint does in the community with a silent auction, cash bar, complimentary appetizers, and entertainment.
- Tribute to Women of Achievement: A rich tradition of over 42 years recognizing women for their personal, professional, and civic contributions to the community held in December.
- National Crime Victims’ Rights Week: Raises awareness about victimization and its impact on individuals, families, and communities.
- Plunging for a Purpose: Gather a team to take an ice bath to raise funds and awareness for Waypoint's programs!
- Hiking for Housing: Join us for Hiking for Housing on September 22, 2024 at Mount Trashmore to support Waypoint! This event will raise awareness about homelessness and providing more housing stability in our community.
