CONNECTING INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS TO COMMUNITY RESOURCES
Coordinated Entry

Using data and strategy program coordination, the system can help quickly identify, assess, and connect households in crisis to community resources to best address their unique needs. Waypoint serves as the designated lead agency for Coordinated Entry in Linn County, Benton County, and Jones County. Anyone experiencing a housing crisis can contact Waypoint to determine what services within the community can best meet their current needs.
