Homeless Diversion

Homeless Diversion can support households that are in the initial stages of experiencing housing instability, assisting households experiencing a housing crisis by finding alternatives to emergency shelters.

This approach focuses on conversations with households to determine what resources they have available and how the organization can best support them.

Last fiscal year, approximately 97% of individuals served by Homeless Diversion exited to housing.
